App Developer Information
Account Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@culturalpass.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
- Include the email address associated with your Cultural Pass account
- We will respond within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your request
- Your data will be processed within 48 hours
- All records of your name and personal information will be removed from our records within 7 business days
Data Deletion Details
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your name and contact information
- Email address and account credentials
- Any preferences or settings associated with your account
Retention Period: All personal information will be struck from our records within 7 business days of your request being processed.
